Over 50’s Tai Chi Taster Class
Thursday 5th November

Come along and try gentle Tai Chi exercises to help you feel better. Benefits include improved balance and flexibility, better digestion and bodily functions, calm the emotions and leave you feeling more alive.

Boccia Taster Session
Thursday 12th November


Boccia is a sport that can be played by people of all abilities; it’s especially suitable for anyone with a disability. It is a seated game which is a cross between bowls and Boules using soft leather balls indoors.


Gentle Exercise to Music
Thursday 19th November

Come and enjoy a mixture of gentle stretches, mobility exercises and easy dance steps to music. Benefits include improved balance, assists with maintaining a healthy weight and ease of stress and anxiety


All sessions will be at Bristol Estate Community Room, the taster sessions in each activity will start at 10am and from 11am tea and coffee will be served
